Errol Rodriguez

Errol Rodriguez is an accomplished professional in the field of psychology with extensive experience in both academic administration and clinical practice. Currently serving as Assistant Dean and Program Director at Adelphi University since January 2010, Errol oversees graduate programs in psychology and mental health counseling, in addition to supporting the PhD program in clinical psychology. With a private practice established in January 1999, Errol provides clinical services and engages in corporate consulting focused on enhancing job performance and reducing burnout. Prior managerial roles include overseeing clinical services at Jacobi Medical Center’s Family & Youth Addiction Program and directing children's and family programs at Inter-Care. Errol holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from The City College of New York and a Master's in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY).
