Matthew Kelley

Matthew Kelley is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive nursing experience, currently serving as the ICU Nurse Manager at Adena Health System since March 2018. In this role, Matthew oversees operations for a diverse team of over 20 staff members, focusing on quality improvement, utilization management, and patient satisfaction in collaboration with various stakeholders. Matthew has actively participated in multiple quality improvement teams and has been instrumental in developing chronic disease programs and community partnerships. Prior to the current position, Matthew held several nursing roles at Adena Health System, ranging from Nurse Navigator to Staff Nurse, and gained valuable experience at Presbyterian Healthcare Services and in the United States Air Force, where strong leadership and training skills were developed. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Ohio University and Clovis Community College, respectively.
