Karoline Raets

Karoline Raets joined Adenza in August 2021 as Chief People Officer, overseeing HR tools & systems, talent acquisition, employee engagement, internal/international mobility, onboarding, referral and loyalty rewards programs, performance and talent management, job leveling and titling, reward strategies, executive coaching, DE&I and ESG.

Karoline has a diverse background in human resources, internal communications, marketing, and public and investor relations. She has been working in the fintech industry for the last 22 years. Prior to Adenza Karoline served as Chief People Officer at Itiviti, recently acquired by Broadridge, and previously she was CHRO at Ullink (acquired by Itiviti in 2018). During her time at SunGard/FIS she was in charge of the company’s global talent and performance strategy and implementation.

Karoline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing & Communications from Hoger Handels & Talent Instituut.
