Sabrina DJEBRI is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational design, currently serving as a Global Executive at ADEO since June 2023. With a strong focus on HR strategy for a diverse workforce of 110,000 employees, Sabrina aims to foster an agile and high-performing environment. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Global Talent Management & Development at ADEO, Global Head of Talent Management and Leadership at AXA Group Operations, and HR Business Partner at both AXA and LG Electronics. Sabrina is also a certified International Executive Coach and holds a Master's degree from IGS-RH, along with several certifications in coaching and change management.
