Stephanie Duclos - Volpini de Maestri

Stephanie Duclos - Volpini De Maestri is an experienced HR leader currently holding the position of HR Leader at ADEO since October 2022 and serving as a member of Germe since November 2018. With previous experience as the Director of Human Resources at Anywr from April 2015 to September 2022, Stephanie was instrumental in establishing the HR and Immigration department, leading various strategic initiatives in HR during a significant period of growth. Stephanie has a strong background in international HR management, having developed multiple subsidiaries across 12 countries and played a vital role in mergers and acquisitions. Additional roles include contributions to Cnam Hauts de France as a lecturer and HR Manager in various organizations, including Hilton and Maxxing. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in International HR Management from Université Lille 1 and a Master’s in International Hotel and Tourism Management from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
