Waël CHEAIB

Waël Cheaib is the Customer Care Executive Director at Adeo, where they lead global customer care initiatives. Previously, Waël founded and served as CEO of Safecube, creating a SaaS solution for real-time asset monitoring and successfully building a client portfolio of over 30. They have held various leadership roles, including Supply Chain Manager at PSA Peugeot Citroën, wherein they managed critical joint venture projects, and Head of Customer Experience at Uber, scaling operations significantly across multiple countries. Waël earned a degree in Engineering with a focus on Applied Mathematics from Ecole Centrale de Paris.
