Nirav Nirmal is a seasoned professional in the drilling and operations management sector with over 19 years of experience. Currently serving as Rig Manager at ADES - Advanced Energy Systems since March 2023, Nirav has previously held significant roles including Drilling Rig Manager at Foresight Group and Rig Manager at Shelf Drilling. Additional experience includes various engineering positions at ADNOC Group, Kuwait Oil Company, Transocean, and Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd, where expertise encompasses drilling operations supervision, logistics management, and engineering for high-pressure, high-temperature wells. Nirav holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Petroleum Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
