Steven Martin

Steven Martin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Steven is the CEO and Founder of Front Bow, a company that provides C-Level interim leadership focused on operations, change-management, sales, and training strategy. Steven has also worked as an Interim Transformation Manager at ADESA Europe.

Prior to that, they served as an Interim Business Process Manager at Colruyt Group and as an Interim Chief Operating Officer at RegSquare, a RegTech company specializing in digital reporting. At Coffral Euro, a rental company in the construction industry, Steven worked as an Advisor to the CEO, focusing on achieving growth and reviewing market synergies.

Steven has also served as an Interim COO at FLYER.be, an online printing company, and as an Interim CSO at Optimy, a SaaS company. In these roles, they were responsible for daily operations, change management processes, sales, and customer growth.

Early in their career, Steven held multiple roles at SWIFT, a financial messaging and services company, including Member of Senior Management, Head of Global Business Unit, and Regional Sales Director North & Central Europe. Steven also held various Field Coordination and Country Management roles at SWIFT.

Steven's experience extends to the banking sector, where they served as the Head of The Hague Main Branch at Rabobank. Overall, Steven Martin has a strong background in leadership, operations, sales, change management, and strategy implementation.

Steven Martin attended Leiden University from 1980 to 1983, where they studied Law. Prior to that, they attended Nederlands Lyceum from 1977 to 1980 and Christelijk Lyceum Delft from 1972 to 1977. Additionally, they took courses at Nederlands Lyceum, The Hague - Rijksuniversiteit Leiden - Leading for High Performance, Vlerick Business School Gent, although the exact dates and degree obtained are unknown.
