Sebastian Frank

Sebastian Frank currently serves as the Director of Sports Business Solutions and Head of the Competence Center for Sports & Entertainment at adesso SE since May 2022. Prior to this role, Sebastian was the Head of CRM, E-Commerce & Service at Borussia Dortmund from August 2012 to March 2022, where responsibilities included defining a purpose and structure for a team, developing digital platforms, and optimizing customer feedback for business improvements. Earlier experience includes managing new media initiatives, freelance project management at TGM Sportmarketing, and engaging in sales support for adidas brand coaching. Sebastian holds a Master’s Degree in Sports, Business & Law from the University of Bayreuth and has completed various leadership and management development programs.
