Dr. Yinan Zhang

Dr. Yinan Zhang is a Professional Consultant at adesso Schweiz AG since April 2023, previously serving as Manager of Data Analytics at Takeda from May 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included driving data analytics initiatives and planning analytics roadmaps for vaccine manufacturing. In a notable project, Dr. Zhang was recognized as the lead data scientist by global management, developing a machine learning solution for predictive maintenance that utilized advanced data science techniques. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral researcher position at The University of Bonn, focusing on quantitative analysis in agricultural policy, and serving as a teaching assistant and translator. Dr. Zhang holds a PhD in Lebensmittel- und Ressourcenökonomik from The University of Bonn, along with an MS in the same field and a BS in Wirtschaftswissenschaft from Nankai University.
