Ivana Kochmanova

Ivana Kochmanova has been working in the professional field since 2019. Ivana began their career at The Big Search as an Associate Consultant, then moved up to Research Lead, and finally Research Associate. In 2022, they joined Adeva as a Senior Account Manager. At The Big Search, they were responsible for building high-performing teams for growing tech companies, partnering with top investors and founders across Europe and the US, and providing executive search, RPO services, and expert advisors from all over the world.

Ivana Kochmanova obtained a Bachelor's science degree from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje in Electronic Business between 2014 and 2018. Ivana then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources at International Slavic University, which they are currently completing in 2021.
