Iker Hernaez Canales obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Development from Esden Business School in 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea between 2004 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, they also hold additional certifications including the Advanced Certificate of English from Cambridge, a Tecnico de RRHH from ESDEN, and a specialization in career guidance from Aosla-Gizalan.
