Nicki Dexter

Nicki is currently Chief People and Communications Officer in Adevinta. She began her career at O2 (previously Telefónica UK), (from 2005 to 2011). She hold various position in Human Resources, including HR Director at Telefonica Digital (from 2015 to 2017), Vice president of HR, Product and Technology and SVP People & Communications at Schibsted since 2017. She has a Bachelor’s Degree, BA Human Resources Management from Southampton Solent University.
