Praveen Royam

Praveen Royam is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience in managing financial operations and strategy. Currently serving as CFO for Adevinta Benelux since July 2021, Praveen leads finance, analytics, and strategy functions for Marktplaats.nl and 2dehands. Prior roles include Head of FP&A at eBay, where responsibilities encompassed financial P&L management for the same platforms, alongside building pricing and strategy functions during a post-merger integration with Adevinta. Praveen's career at eBay also includes participation in the Finance Leadership Development Program and serving as Analytics Lead, where influence was exerted on key strategic initiatives through data analysis. Early experience includes management consulting in infrastructure and real estate, and a background in software engineering at Nokia. Praveen holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from Anna University.
