Valerie D. is a Product Designer with a robust background in UX and Content Design, currently designing hybrid work solutions at Seatti since November 2023. Previously, as the sole UX and Content Designer at TIGNUM from April 2022 to November 2023, Valerie established the UX and Content Design discipline and significantly enhanced user engagement through the design of app features for Fortune 500 clients. Freelance work from September 2020 to May 2022 involved user research and usability testing for Choros Studios, leading to a notable increase in task completion rates. Valerie also contributed as a Content Designer at Faia, focusing on community building and content strategy that boosted client retention. Earlier experience includes project management in healthcare at Wellhouse Resources Ltd, where Valerie improved project delivery efficiency and implemented an Electronic Health Record system, and work in telemedicine and public health with the Oyo State Health Management Board.
