Magaret Preethi Yesudass began their work experience in 2014 as a Graduate Student specializing in Journalism and broadcast media at Presidency University. Magaret Preethi then interned at The New Indian Express as a News Reporter, covering various genres including art and culture, theatre, movie reviews, environmental issues, and activities of BBMP.
In 2017, Magaret worked as a Web Content Writer at Events High, where their high-quality and detailed writing contributed to the growth of the business website. Magaret Preethi also gained experience writing for college magazines and corporate websites, producing exclusive and well-researched content.
From 2017 to 2019, Magaret was a Content Writer at Treebo Hotels, where they learned about Public Relations and advertising. Their role involved humanizing data through storytelling, managing social media pages, producing video content, and creating creative and post copy.
Magaret then worked as a Content Writer at Settl. in 2020, before joining upUgo Sports & Fitness as a Content Writer in 2021. At upUgo, they focused on building awareness blogs on children's health and fitness, particularly for Indian readers.
In 2021, Magaret also served as a Soft-Skill Trainer at Cambridge Academy of English (CAE), specializing in English training for national and foreign students. Their role involved incorporating phonetics, linguistics, accent domain, and syntax theory into language training to improve communication skills.
From 2021 to 2022, Magaret was a Senior Content Writer at HiveMinds, where they utilized their writing skills to create engaging content.
Presently, Magaret is working as an Assistant Account Manager at Concept PR India Ltd. and is also an Account Manager at Adfactors PR since 2022.
Margaret Preethi Yesudass obtained their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Presidency University Bangalore, where they studied Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs. Following that, they attended St. Joseph's University from 2019 to 2021, where they pursued a Master's degree in English. Their field of study during their Master's program was English Language and Literature, General. In 2017, they also attended the Seventh Day Adventist School, specifically for the Presidency College, where they focused on Broadcast Journalism. In addition to their formal education, Margaret Preethi Yesudass obtained a certification in Ancient Masterpieces of World Literature from HarvardX in June 2020.
