Nabeela Hussain

Nabeela Hussain is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Nabeela started their career as a journalist at Wijeya Newspapers Ltd in January 2010. During their time there, they worked on the Metro Page, covering development, urbanization, and social issues in and around Colombo. Nabeela was responsible for researching story ideas, writing and editing stories, and preparing them for publication. Nabeela took a break in 2011 to complete their postgraduate studies and returned to Wijeya Newspapers Ltd the following year.

In 2019, Nabeela joined Adfactors PR as an Assistant Account Manager. In this role, they supported the account management team in various tasks. Nabeela'sresponsibilities included client communication, strategic planning, and project coordination. Nabeela excelled in their role and was promoted to Account Manager in January 2021. As an Account Manager, Nabeela continues to manage client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and the successful execution of PR campaigns. Nabeela'swork experience showcases their strong communication and organizational skills, as well as their ability to adapt to different roles and industries.

Nabeela Hussain attended Bishop's College from 1996 to 2009 where they pursued their high school education. Following that, they enrolled in Aquinas University College from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Art/Art Studies, General. In 2011 and 2012, Nabeela Hussain also attended the Asian College of Journalism where they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism.
