Randilini Fernando

Randilini Fernando has a diverse work experience in the field of strategic communications and media engagement. Randilini has served as an Assistant Manager in Strategic Communications at Adfactors PR since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Communications Specialist at World Vision Lanka from March 2022 to May 2023. Randilini also held the position of Communication Project Coordinator at UNICEF Sri Lanka from April 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they worked as a Research Coordinator and Program Support Officer at Save the Children International. Randilini also gained experience as a Brands Executive at SHIFT and an Account Executive at MullenLowe Group. Randilini started their professional journey with internships at Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute (LKI), UNDP, and SHIFT. Overall, Randilini has built a strong foundation in the field of communications and has developed expertise in media engagement, reputation risk management, and program coordination.

Randilini Fernando obtained their primary and secondary education from Bishop's College Colombo, starting in the year 2000 and completing it in 2013. Randilini pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International/Global Studies at Monash University Malaysia from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they are enrolled in the University of Colombo pursuing a Master's degree in Women and gender studies, starting in 2021.
