Rishika NJ has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2016, they worked as a Sales Team Lead at LaughGuru for two months. The following year, they worked as an English Tutor at Radiant School of Learning for two months. In 2018, they joined CV - Christian Vision as a Content Intern for one month. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Gaius Creative - Branding & Design Studio, managing content and social media. In 2021, they joined BYJU'S as a Content Development Associate. Currently, they are working at Adfactors PR as a Senior Content Executive since May 2023.

Rishika NJ began their education in 2006 at The International School Bangalore, where they stayed until 2016. During this time, they did not obtain a specific degree or pursue any particular field of study. In 2017, they enrolled in Mount Carmel College, Palace Rd, Bengaluru and completed their Bachelor of Arts in Journalism by 2020.
