Jacek Chrusciany

Jacek Chrusciany is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in brand management and entrepreneurship. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Adfidence since March 2022, Jacek continues to lead innovative initiatives. Prior to this, Jacek held key roles at Performance Media, serving as Partner and CEO & Partner from November 2006 to February 2022. Jacek's early career included significant positions at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities encompassed brand management for the Femcare and Babycare categories across the Baltic countries and launching the Naturella brand in Poland. Jacek also completed an advanced program in Leading Change and Organizational Renewal at Harvard Business School in 2017 and holds a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
