Stephanie Stewart

Stephanie Stewart has a varied and extensive work experience. Stephanie currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Adfinitas Health since September 2023. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at American Physician Partners, where they played a crucial role in the growth and development of the HR department. Stephanie facilitated HR due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, transformed benefit plans, and implemented savings plans to attract and retain talent. Before that, they worked at Ascension, where they served as a Director and Senior Benefit Consultant, overseeing standardization processes and implementing strategies that resulted in significant cost savings. Stephanie also held the role of Human Resources Director, leading a team during the transition to shared service centers. Stephanie started their career at Deutsche Bank as a Participant Service Manager, managing client service center operations in the retirement services department.

Stephanie Stewart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
