Paulius Dzikunskas

Paulius Dzikunskas currently serves as the Head of IT Operations at Adform since October 2024. Prior to this role, Paulius was the Tech Support Lead at Interactio from June 2022 to October 2024, where achievements included building the Tech Support function and establishing Incident Management. Between October 2016 and June 2022, Paulius worked at Revel Systems, initially as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, then advancing to roles as Team Lead and Senior Team Lead, overseeing multiple teams and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Paulius began the professional journey as an IT Engineer at Baltneta from June 2015 to October 2016. In terms of education, Paulius is pursuing a Master's degree in Information and Information Technologies Security at VILNIUS TECH, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Informatics from the same institution.
