Bosta Ginting's work experience begins with a role as a Software Development Engineer at Adgo, a Singapore-based Web3 software development company, where they focus on bringing NFT and commerce solutions to Web2. They started this position in December 2022.

Prior to this, Bosta worked as a Mobile Application Developer at ReCharge Indonesia from April 2020 to December 2022, and at INVISEE from March 2019 to April 2020.

Before that, Bosta held the role of iOS Developer at Apple Developer Academy | Indonesia from June 2018 to March 2019. Here, they were responsible for building and creating solutions based on real-world problems using Challenge Based Learning on Real-Life Problem.
