Menka Kumari

Menka Kumari has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Menka started their career at Kapgrow Corporate Advisory Services Private Limited in 2017 as a Human Resources Executive, where they were responsible for hiring various roles, establishing competencies, and partnering with business leaders on workforce planning. In 2019, they joined TeamLease Services Limited as a Recruitment Specialist. Menka then worked at ADG Online Solutions Private Ltd, starting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2021, and later promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Currently, Menka holds the position of Human Resources Team Lead at ADG Online Solutions Private Ltd, where they are responsible for building internal capabilities for hiring across different teams, managing talent acquisition processes, and implementing security improvements.

Menka Kumari attended the New Delhi Institute of Management from 2015 to 2017, where they completed a PGDM degree in HR and Marketing.
