Dr. Avni Bhatt

Dr. Avni Bhatt has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Dr. Avni started their career in 2002 as a Senior Research Fellow at the National Innovation Foundation, where they conducted extensive fieldwork to scout and identify innovative individuals in society.

In 2008, they joined the Piramal Group as a Manager-HR with Piramal eSwasthya, a position they held until 2012. During this time, they worked on various HR initiatives and projects.

From 2012 to 2022, Dr. Bhatt worked at Piramal Enterprises Limited in different roles. Dr. Avni initially served as a Manager-HR and later transitioned to the role of Manager-HR in the Piramal Foundation. Dr. Avni'sresponsibilities included managing HR functions and implementing HR strategies within the organization.

In 2022, Dr. Bhatt joined Piramal Pharma Solutions as the Chief Manager HR, where they continue to contribute their expertise in managing HR operations and driving organizational success.

Dr. Avni Bhatt completed their education at Gujarat University, where they obtained an MSc in Botany from 1999 to 2007. Dr. Avni later pursued a Ph.D. in Plant Physiology from the School of Sciences at Gujarat University from 2003 to 2008. In 2014, they also received a certification as a Certified HR Professional from Aon Hewitt.
