Emmett Bane, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a strong background in human resources with experience in various leadership roles. Emmett is currently the Head of HR/Senior Vice President of Human Resources at AdhereHealth, LLC. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources and Strategic Initiatives at Alliance HealthCare Services, where they worked closely with executive teams to develop and implement human capital plans aligned with organizational objectives. Before that, Bane was the Director and Strategic HR Business Partner at SantaFe Senior Living, where they played a key role in enhancing HR strategies and practices. Emmett also served as the Director of Human Resources at Endless Horizons for nine years, further solidifying their expertise in HR management.

Emmett Bane has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King University. Following this, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from East Tennessee State University. In addition to their educational background, Emmett also holds several certifications. Emmett obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in July 2000 and the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in June 2015.
