Tara Garbarino

Tara Garbarino has extensive experience in clinical pharmacy operations, currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Operations at AdhereHealth, LLC since November 2015. Previously, Tara held various roles at CVS Health from January 2004 to April 2018, including Pharmacist, Pharmacy Intern, and Certified Pharmacy Technician/Intern. Tara earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the Medical University of South Carolina between 2006 and 2010 and completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Pharmacy Studies at Clemson University from 2003 to 2006.
