Hittu Gupta

Hittu Gupta has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of research, teaching, and academia. In their most recent role, they served as a Senior Research Associate, QC at Adicet Bio, Inc starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Research Associate at Full Cycle from December 2021 to April 2022.

Hittu also has extensive experience in teaching. They worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Ohlone College from August 2015 to December 2021, where they conducted labs in Microbiology and provided hands-on training to students in various techniques. At Evergreen Valley College, they served as an Adjunct Faculty from January 2019 to December 2020, teaching the subject "Human Heredity" and delivering lectures both face to face and online.

In the earlier years of their career, Hittu worked as a Faculty Member at Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya (HRMMV) from July 2008 to October 2009, teaching courses in Microbiology and Biotechnology and providing lab training. They also held a similar position at Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab from August 2007 to June 2008, where they taught various courses, provided lab training, and contributed to curriculum development.

Hittu Gupta completed a PhD in Microbiology from the National Dairy Research Institute from 2003 to 2007. In 2016, Gupta took several courses including Mammalian cell culture, Bioreactors for cell culture, HPLC, GMP/GLP and SOP writing at Ohlone College in the field of Biotechnology. Prior to earning a PhD, Gupta obtained a Master's degree in Microbiology from Punjab Agricultural University, which was completed between 2001 and 2003. Finally, Gupta received a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Quality Control from Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar, India from 1998 to 2001.
