Carina Tyralla

Carina Tyralla has extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics, holding senior leadership roles at adidas from April 2021 to January 2024, including Senior Vice President Global Talent and Senior Vice President for North America Supply Chain Management. Prior to her tenure at adidas, Carina served as Vice President Global Supply Chain Management and Director Supply Chain Management at TOM TAILOR GROUP from September 2016 to December 2020. Carina's career at adidas International Trading BV from October 2013 to August 2016 involved defining global logistics strategies and leading significant projects in distribution. An earlier role at adidas group from December 2007 to September 2011 included managing cross-functional teams and developing performance monitoring systems. Carina began her career with a traineeship at Tchibo in 2007 after earning a Business Administration diploma from Leuphana Universität Lüneburg and a professional qualification in freight forwarding from Rohde & Liesenfeld GmbH & Co.
