Christian Dzieia has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Christian started their career as a Project Architect at SIAT ARCHITEKTEN + INGENIEURE in 1999 and worked there until 2001. Christian then worked at Kohlbecker Gesamtplan GmbH from 2002 to 2006, where they served as a Project lead/Architect for international projects, including designing plants for TFT-Glas polishing, master planning for a home appliances plant, and designing an automotive plant.

In 2006, Christian joined SCHOTT, where they worked as a Senior Project Manager. During their tenure, they were responsible for building a production plant for CSP Receiver Tubes and PV Modules in Albuquerque, USA, and a Thin Film Solar module production plant in Jena, Deutschland.

In 2010, they joined Ingenics AG as a Key Account Manager and worked on managing key accounts until 2013. Since then, Christian has been associated with Adidas. Christian started as a Director of Property Development and later progressed to the role of Senior Director. In 2016, they were promoted to the position of Vice President Corporate Real Estate and most recently, they have taken on the role of Vice President Workplaces.

Christian Dzieia has gained extensive experience in project management, property development, and corporate real estate throughout their career.

Christian Dzieia completed an Adidas Executive Development Experience 2 program at Harvard Business School in 2019. Prior to that, they completed an Adidas Executive Development Experience program at the same school in 2018. In 2010, they earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Executive Leadership from Liverpool John Moores University. Christian also holds a Master's Degree in International Project Management from Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. In 2002, Christian Dzieia received an Engineer's Degree in Architecture from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm.
