Deborah Dyson

Deborah Dyson has extensive work experience in the apparel industry, with a focus on sourcing operations and sustainability. Deborah is currently employed at adidas as the Vice President of Sourcing Operations for EMEA. Previously, they held various roles at adidas, including Vice President of Materials, Apparel Sourcing, and Vice President of Costing, Apparel Sourcing. Before joining adidas, Deborah worked as the Head of Global Operations for Seafolly and as the GM of Apparel and Footwear at Workwear Group. Deborah also served as the Vice President of Product Development and Sourcing/Production at LRG, Vice President of Sourcing at Warnaco. Ocean Pacific, and Director of Apparel Development and QA at VF Corporation. Deborah began their career at Nike as a Category Business Director.

Deborah Dyson has a Vocational Graduate Certificate in Competitive Systems and Practices (Lean) from Swinburne University of Technology. Additionally, they have a degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising from a Technical College.
