Juan Jose Roque has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and industries. Juan Jose started their career as a Telesales agent at TeleTech in 2005. In 2006, they joined Sports & Adventure as a Brand Manager, where they managed various brands, including Under Armour. Juan Jose continued in this role until 2014.
In 2014, Roque joined Under Armour as a Commercial Head for Distributors in LATAM. Juan Jose was responsible for developing market entry strategies and day-to-day business operations in the South Cone region. Juan Jose also led cross-functional teams and focused on wholesale and DTC strategies for sustainable growth. In 2017, Roque became the Country Manager for Under Armour in Argentina. In this role, they oversaw the legal setup, brand strategy, partnerships, sponsorships, and distribution, as well as overall P&L and budget management.
Roque's most recent position is as the Commercial Director at adidas, a role they started in July 2021.
Juan Jose Roque completed an E-Commerce executive program in 2020 at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Prior to this, they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on general business administration and management at the University of Buenos Aires.
