Kapila Gandhi

Kapila Gandhi is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at adidas since November 2021. Prior to this role, Kapila gained extensive experience at Sun Life Financial, holding positions as Senior QA Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and QA Test Lead from April 2008 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes a Team Lead position at Quark Software Inc. (2003 - 2008) and roles as Associate Developer at HCL Perot System Private Limited (September 2000 - November 2001) and Software Engineer at Birla AT&T Communications (1999 - 2000). Kapila's educational background includes multiple PGDCM degrees obtained from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, SICSR, and Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research, all completed between 1997 and 1999.
