Madi Cronin

Madi Cronin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Madi started their career as a Banquet Server at Waverley Country Club in 2013 and later worked as a Day Camp Counselor at Mittleman Jewish Community Center. In 2015, they took on the role of Operations Management at OSU Department of Recreational Sports: Dixon.

From 2017 to 2018, Madi worked at the YMCA of Columbia-Willamette, initially as a Human Resources Assistant, overseeing recruitment efforts and managing job boards. Later, they became an HR Coordinator, providing organizational support and processing employee information. Following that, they interned as a Social Media Marketing Intern at JavaStop Cafe.

Starting in 2018, Madi joined Greystar as a Leasing Professional, demonstrating proficiency in lead generation and maintaining an understanding of property management regulations. In 2020, they took on the role of Director of Operations at Keller Williams Realty Portland Central, utilizing systems and tools to drive growth and support associates.

In 2021, Madi transitioned to a Support Analyst position at Sage, where they assisted clients and partners with software-related questions and issues. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead HR Services at adidas, where they lead the HR services team.
