Boaz Heifets

Boaz Heifets is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Specialist and Senior Benefits Specialist at RTI International since October 2016, Boaz has a solid background in benefits administration, previously holding the position of Benefits Manager at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center from March 2015 to June 2016. Prior to that, Boaz worked as a Benefits Specialist at Americare Inc. from April 2008 to March 2015 and as a Payroll Coordinator/Junior Accountant at Horizon Systems, Inc. from January 2006 to April 2008. Boaz began in the field as a Medical Biller at Medical Quality Services from October 2002 to December 2005. Boaz holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Finance from Brooklyn College, completed between 2004 and 2009.
