Shikha Bhatia

Shikha Bhatia has a strong background in data engineering and analytics. Shikha currently works as a Senior Engineering Lead at adidas, where they lead a team in designing and building scalable data pipelines and platforms. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Lead at TO THE NEW, where they designed architecture and built a Data Lake using Big Data technologies. Shikha also has experience as a Lead and Module Lead at Impetus, where they worked on Big Data Hadoop Ecosystems and fraud detection use cases. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Data Engineer at Hadoolytics Technologies, focusing on Big Data product development, and as a SSE at STMicroelectronics, where they developed Map Reduce jobs and loaded data into HDFS.

Shikha Bhatia has a Master of Science degree in Data Science from Liverpool John Moores University. Shikha also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from YMCA University of Science & Technology. Additionally, they completed their XII and High School education at DAV Public School. Shikha has obtained several certifications, including "Setting Team and Employee Goals Using SMART Methodology" from LinkedIn, "HDP Certified Spark Developer" from Hortonworks, "OCJP" from Oracle, "Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect" from Google, and "R Programming" from Udemy.
