Vignesh Chandrasekhar

Vignesh Chandrasekhar is the Senior Director of Operations for eCommerce at Adidas.

Vignesh has over 10 years of experience in the field, and has held various positions at companies such as Sennheiser Electronics GmbH & Co, Infosys Technologies Ltd, and Alfa Laval.

In their current role, Vignesh is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Adidas' eCommerce business. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of new features and functionality, as well as managing customer support and order fulfilment.

Prior to joining Adidas, Vignesh spent three years at Sennheiser Electronics GmbH & Co, where they were a Student Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for conducting market research and defining product segments for the electronic audio industry.

Before that, Vignesh spent three years at Infosys Technologies Ltd, where they held the position of Senior Systems Engineer. In this role, they led a team of three engineers in the development of a custom image-assisted data entry solution for the Government of India's Income Tax Department.

Vignesh began their career in 2006 as a Project Intern at Alfa Laval. During their time at Alfa Laval, they worked on various projects in the areas of product development and engineering.

Vignesh has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University in India.

Vignesh Chandrasekhar has a MBA in Business from Purdue University Krannert School of Management and a B.E in Industrial engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

They are on a team with Rebekah Shearn - Director of Operations, J Daniel McCauley - VP eCommerce, and Tony Pasquale - VP Merchandising. Vignesh Chandrasekhar reports to Martin Shankland, EVP Global Operations.
