Anish Bansal is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Adient since April 2016, Anish Bansal oversees strategy, execution, and people development for multiple groups at the Adient India Tech Center. Prior to this role, Anish Bansal held positions such as Chief Engineer for Prototype, Testing, Trim, and CAE groups at Johnson Controls, where strategic and operational excellence for a global team of over 300 engineers was prioritized. Anish Bansal's career also includes significant roles at Tata Johnson Controls Automotive Ltd, contributing to operations, business development, and team management across North America and Europe.
