Carl Trosin

Carl Trosin is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry with extensive experience in program and engineering management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Adient since December 2014, Carl leads cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of complete seat programs, managing 45 internal and external suppliers to guarantee production tooling readiness and timely part delivery. Prior roles include Chief Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Lead Engineer at Johnson Controls, Inc. from May 2003 to December 2014, as well as Project Engineer at Yazaki North America from January 2000 to May 2003. Carl holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
