Irfan Mokashi

Irfan Mokashi is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the automotive and home appliance industries. Currently serving as a Senior CAE Engineer at Adient since March 2023, Irfan specializes in automotive seat strength analysis utilizing CAE software such as Hypermesh, Ansa, and Lsdyna. Prior to this role, Irfan worked as a Senior Engineer at Whirlpool Corporation from October 2021 to March 2023, focusing on structural and packaging simulation for home appliances. Additionally, Irfan held a Senior Engineer position at Tata Technologies Limited (Tata Motors) from November 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included full vehicle SLA/RLDA load case analysis and stiffness evaluation of frames. Earlier experience includes a CAE Engineer role at Finite 4, where expertise in crash analysis and impact test simulation was developed using various CAE tools. Irfan holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Design from Rajarambapu Institutes of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sanjay Ghodawat Institute.
