Juan Hasebe

Juan Hasebe is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and product engineering. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Adient since June 2016, Juan leads Complete Seat and Trim projects for the Kia, Hyundai, Honda, and Nissan business units, while also guiding the local team in the Mexico Technical Center. Prior to this role, Juan held the position of Lead Product Engineer and was responsible for significant projects related to Complete Seat and Trim for Kia and Hyundai. Earlier experience includes working at DINA Camiones as a Product Engineer, focusing on the design of various vehicle systems, and a brief tenure at Telcel as a purchasing analyst. Juan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and a Master's in Global Business Administration from Universidad del Valle de México.
