Michael Kiszka is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Adient since June 2019, Michael previously held key positions at Ford Motor Company, including Interior Integration Leader and Supervisor of Seat Technology. Prior experience includes an Engineering Manager role at Johnson Controls Automotive, where Michael led the development of multiple seating products and successfully managed high-stakes projects for major automotive clients such as FCA and GM. Earlier in their career, valuable skills were honed at The Woodbridge Group and Croft Metal Products. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida in 1993.
