Nilesh Khedekar

Nilesh Khedekar is a seasoned Lead CAE Analyst at Adient since October 2017, overseeing a team of four CAE engineers focused on product development and leading global initiatives involving data analysis, machine learning, and statistical studies for virtual validation. Prior to this role, Nilesh served as a Senior CAE Engineer at Lear Corporation from October 2015 to November 2017, where project leadership and supplier management for Daimler earned a "Key Contribution Award." Nilesh began a career at Johnson Controls as a CAE Engineer from February 2011 to October 2015, engaging in model preparation and simulations, and coordinating offshore activities during a three-month onsite assignment in the USA. Nilesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology, completed in April 2010.
