Charlotte Staats has extensive experience in trail management and conservation work, having worked at the Adirondack Mountain Club and Adirondack Council. With a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science & Policy from Clarkson University, Charlotte currently serves as the Director and Trails Manager at the Adirondack Mountain Club, where Charlotte oversees a professional trail crew and volunteer opportunities, manages budgets, secures funding, and advocates for trail work. Prior to this, Charlotte was a Conservation Associate at the Adirondack Council, engaging in research and analysis of conservation and environmental policy issues. As a former Trail Worker, Charlotte specialized in maintaining and constructing hiking, biking, and ski trails in the Adirondack Park and New York State.
