Ana Dudley

Ana Dudley has a diverse work experience in the fields of executive search, legal consulting, and international law. Ana currently holds the position of Manager of Global Executive Search at Adison Partners, a global executive search and talent consulting firm. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Search Associate at Amrop Central America & Caribbean. Here, they were responsible for the entire research process for executive search, including candidate screening, interviews, and advisory to clients. Before their career in executive search, Ana worked as a Legal Consultant & Translator and as an International Associate at ARIAS FABREGA & FABREGA, where they gained experience in various areas of law and worked closely with litigation and M&A teams. Ana also interned at Morgan & Morgan and the Permanent Mission of Panama to the United Nations, further enhancing their legal knowledge and skills. Ana's work experience demonstrates their ability to work in diverse industries and their proficiency in research, consulting, and legal practices.

Ana Dudley has a diverse education history. Ana graduated from Academia Interamericana de Panama with a High School Diploma in 2008. In 2009, they enrolled in New York University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Politics and a minor in British and American Literature in 2013. During their time at New York University, from 2009 to 2011, Ana also completed the Liberal Studies Program in Florence, Italy, earning an Associate's degree. Ana continued their studies at UCL and completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Ana Dudley has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they received certifications in "Getting Started" and "Onboarding Path" from JobAdder. In 2021, they obtained certifications in "Boolean Search for Recruiters and Search Professionals" from Udemy and "Certificate in Executive Research" from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants. Furthermore, they also completed the "Evaluación del volviéndose experto en LinkedIn Recruiter" certification from LinkedIn in 2021, became an Authorized Public Translator certified by the Ministerio de Educación de la República de Panamá in 2021, and obtained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from i-to-i TEFL in 2021.

Additionally, Ana has pursued various online courses and obtained certificates in subjects such as "Global Diplomacy - Diplomacy in the Modern World" from the University of London, "Love as a Force for Social Justice" from Stanford University, "Moral Foundations of Politics" from Yale University, and "Mediation and Conflict Resolution" from ESSEC Business School. Furthermore, they became a Qualified Lawyer recognized by The Supreme Court of Justice of Panama in 2020.
