Ryan Steinwandtner

Ryan Steinwandtner began their work experience in 2011 as a Licensed Sales Associate at Allstate Insurance. In 2013, they transitioned to Adison Partners, where they held various roles, including Executive Recruiter, Manager of Global Executive Search, Director of Global Executive Search, and eventually Senior Director of Global Executive Search. Ryan is responsible for identifying, hiring, and developing talented individuals for organizations ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 companies across North America, Europe, and Asia. Ryan focuses on recruiting and developing innovative and original thinkers who challenge the status quo. Their tenure at Adison Partners spans from 2013 to the present.

Ryan Steinwandtner completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance with a minor in Economics at the University of Scranton from 2007 to 2011. Ryan attended Seton Hall Preparatory High School prior to their university education. In addition to their formal education, Ryan obtained a certification in Business Development: Strategic Planning from LinkedIn in January 2022.
