Bhavin Prajapati

Bhavin Prajapati has a strong background in customer service and technical support. Bhavin began their career at Sitel in 2018 as a Customer Service Professional, where they focused on safety associate duties. In 2019, they joined Diebold Nixdorf as a 1st Level Agent, specializing in technical support. After a year, they moved on to Adit in 2021, where they currently hold the position of Senior Client Services Executive.

Bhavin Prajapati completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Wyższa Szkoła Gospodarki Euroregionalnej im. Alcide De Gasperi from 2017 to 2019.
