Aakansha Tiwari

Aakansha Tiwari is a dedicated professional with experience in employee engagement and talent acquisition. Currently serving as an Employee Engagement Specialist at Aditi Consulting since April 2023, Aakansha is responsible for developing and executing employee engagement initiatives to create a positive workplace culture. Previously, Aakansha worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Collabera Digital from August 2021 to March 2023, managing full recruitment cycles for IT and Non-IT clients. Prior experience includes serving as HR & Management Head at Danspiration - The Dance & Fitness Studio from September 2018 to July 2021, where Aakansha facilitated communication between management and stakeholders. Aakansha holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Sardar Patel University, completed in August 2021.
