Meghna Nehra

Meghna Nehra is currently the SVP of Client Services at Aditi Consulting. Meghna has over 20 years of experience in operations and human resources management. Meghna started their career in 1996 as a customer service manager at Punwire Mobile Communications Ltd. Meghna then moved to Tata Business Solutions in 2003 as an operations manager. In 2007, they joined Cognitim Inc as the human resources manager. Meghna has also worked as a senior technical recruiter at Eureka Technocrats Inc. and as an operations manager at Hutch.

Meghna Nehra completed a B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from Fergusson College. Meghna then went on to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Indira Gandhi National Open University.

Meghna Nehra reports to Raja Narayana, CEO. They are on a team with Paul Taylor - Chief Revenue Officer, Kevin Adams - CFO, and Nikki Norvell - VP, People & Culture.
