Andrew Bolton

Andrew Bolton is a seasoned professional in client services and account management, currently serving as SVP Client Services at Impact XM since April 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Client Relations Director at Identity from July 2023 to March 2025 and held various positions at Impact XM, culminating in the role of Global Account Director from March 2022 to July 2023. Andrew's extensive experience includes over 17 years at M-is, where significant responsibilities included managing a tier-one global events program for BAE Systems and overseeing numerous global events for British Airways in roles such as Account Director and Project Manager. Prior to M-is, Andrew worked as a Project Manager at Exhibition Services Ltd from June 1999 to September 2004. Andrew’s educational background includes attendance at South Bromsgrove High School.
